• Dance It Up opened July 17, 2005. I had a vision that I could make a place where children not only learned to dance, but learned life lessons. I wanted to instill skills in them such as determination, motivation, self confidence, discipline, time management, and respect for themselves and their peers among many other lessons. I wanted to take my morals and values instilled when I was a young child and share them. I wanted them to learn to be gracious in winning and generous in defeat. Fear of working too hard was not a lesson that they would ever experience, but fear of not working hard enough is something that they have come to live by. By pushing themselves to the limit, seeing progress, and expecting more of them than they would ever expect from themselves is what they have come to know.

May Dance It Up be a home away from home, a sense of strength when you need it and grounding when you have flown away.

Dance It Up with Music has built a reputation in our community not only as a place for excellence in dance and music education; but a place where life lessons are taught first and dance and music second. Our students go beyond technique and poise to develop important life skills–learning to be respectful, confident, motivated and and positive young people.

  • Why Dance it Up?

    Changing Lives Since 2005
  • Trying to decide between a few different dance and music schools to enroll at?

  • We have been changing lives since 2005 as we teach not only dance and music but life lessons along the way. As a parent we realize you have a choice between several different dance and ,music schools. All dance and private music school are not the same. We constantly renovate and improve our facilites and provide ongoing training to our staff to ensure we are always providing our students and parents with the best experience and dance/music instruction possible.

    • Dance It Up with Music is like a second home to Makenzie. Not only does she enjoy coming to each class, she always is happy going and leaving because you always find positive energy in the studio.

    • Dance it Up is so much more than a Dance Studio, its one big family. Everyone is amazing, they not only teach dance but life lessons and that’s a great thing in the times of today. Helping others and to give back and for the kids to have positive attitudes. The gatherings, the games, the camps, the workshops the trips and the experience of dance. Kaylyn has come a long way since she started at Dance it Up!

    • This organization is very family oriented. It’s not about competition it’s more about educating the whole child and helping them become whole hearted productive beings. My child enjoys going there, being greeted with smiles and all the well planned events.

    • At Dance it Up, you teach more than just dance. You teach the kids life lessons that they can take with them throughout their lives. You teach the kids the importance about giving back. It’s more than just a dance studio. It’s a family!!!
